After spending a couple hours looking at a few potential tattoo shops, it was time to get a snack. I know you’re probably looking at all the food and thinking, snack ?! LOL My version of a snack differs from most but basically, if I don’t get full = snack.
This shop is located on the corner, in front of the Woolworth’s Food Market. Since the weather was nice, I decided to take advantage and sit outside. It didn’t take long for the food to come out, as most of it was served raw. The nigiri had the perfect fish to rice ratio and the tuna inside the hand rolls were nicely seared to bring out that smokey flavor. Now, I have never had teriyaki sauce on sushi but I was open to see what that was about. To be honest, it paired better than I expected and didn’t overpower the fish. Nor was the tuna on tuna, too much either.
