This little gem is located inside ‘The Mayton Inn’ hotel, so be sure to make reservations. The dinning area has indoor and outdoor seating available. If the weather is good then I’d definitely opt for outside.
I ordered my favorite brunch go-to, steak & eggs. Their version was 6oz NY strip, two eggs any style and home fries. I ordered a waffle on the side because a steak & egg breakfast isn’t complete without one. My steak was cooked medium well but I’ve graduated to medium since then. I usually don’t need sauce with my steak, but I liked the one that came on the side. It reminded me of A1 sauce but waaay better. My eggs were scrambled soft and the waffle came with strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream on top. I drizzled a little syrup on it as well.
This meal gave me the balance of sweet and savory I needed. I was so satisfied with every bite that I ended up taking a great nap after LOL
