All of us have had a grilled cheese sammich *yes I call sandwiches, sammiches* at some point in our lives but this grilled cheese truck took it to another fun level.
Look, I looove me some tasty bbq meat over Mac n cheese. So of course, I was down to try that combo as a grilled cheese version. First of all, FLAVOR was not lacking !!! Bread had a nice crunch and wasn’t super buttery. The pulled pork was sooo savory and the Mac n cheese wasn’t dry or rubbery either. They really have a hit with this one and I will have to try their other creations next time.
I’m still surprised by this creation but this combo was delicious !
