If I had to choose one way to have lobsta prepared, I’d ALWAYS pick having it on a roll. That buttery toasted roll stuffed with lobsta, is just… *insert drooling emoji*. This truck came through and deliverT ! *Literally, because its a food truck lol* As you can see, this wasn’t no tiny roll either. There was no shortage of lobsta chunks with each bite. I can’t remember if I even took a breath while I devoured this lobsta roll.
Now the lobsta mac… WHEW. This was a LOT. It was suuuper cheesy and you guessed it, chunks of lobsta !!! I thought they just threw some lobsta on top but a few bites in, I noticed even more mixed in ! I’m suprised I didn’t turn into a lobsta after eating all this lol. I almost didn’t have room to finish it after that lobsta roll. The lobsta mac & cheese was cool but the lobsta roll was definitely the best part.
