- Filet Mignon Phó
- rice noodle soup with sliced filet mignon steak, lime, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, cilantro and green onions
I’ve had my fair share of Phó but this place so far is my favorite !!!
Soup is one of my go-to’s on a rainy day and I decided to get Phó to satisfy that craving. I always get the filet mignon because I enjoy letting the raw meat cook in the broth and absorb the seasonings.
My usual add-in ingredients line up include a lime, hoisin sauce, cilantro, green onions and fish sauce. That combo marinating in the broth while I finish the noodles and meat, makes sipping on the remaining broth that much more satisfying.
