CURRY OR GRAVY ?

This place was located in the food court of Terminal 21 Mall in Bangkok. However, the food court in this mall had full restaurants and not the typical fast food establishments we normally see in the States.
I ordered the Chicken cutlet omelette, which came with their signature curry. The chicken is breaded like katsu style chicken, the omelette is laid on top of the rice and the curry is poured over it all. Being that the curry sauce is their signature ingredient on majority of the menu items, I had high hopes for the taste. I was not at all disappointed !!! The curry has a savory flavor and the consistency was more like a gravy. The omelette was thinly cooked so it wasn’t like the thick folded omelette, that i’m used to. The chicken cutlet had a nice crunch and tastes so good with the curry.
Also, I made the mistake of trying a number 6 spice level and I. WAS. SWEATING, OKAY ?!! Their version of spicy and my level are two different things. I never got a chance to go back and redo with a lower spice level but I found a few locations in the States so I will definitely have another chance to try it and survive.
