BEST EMPANADA EVER

I know what you’re thinking… Coffee shop ? Empanadas ? This place is more than just coffee once you see their menu. However, when I tell you these are, hands down, THEE best empanadas I’ve ever had in my LIFE !!!
We are going to go in order on this taste journey because I orgasmed in my mouth with each bite !!! Now the breading is so crispy, flakey and chewy all at the same time. First up was the short rib which you paired with the chimichurri sauce. THIS one is my favorite out them all. The short rib was so freaking succulent and honestly, that chimichurri sauce can go on EVERY DAMN THING !!!
Next up, chicken tinga and it was paired with the chipotle pink sauce *insert lip biting gif*. The short rib set the bar high and chicken tinga took it HIGHER !!! This place knows very well how to pair these sauces because each bite was so mouthwatering. After the chicken tinga was demolished, it was the garlic shrimps turn. Y’all know I love me some seafood and THEY. DID. NOT. MISS !!! I dipped that garlic shrimp into the salsa and my mouth couldn’t take the heat so I burned my tongue a little. WORTH IT ! I ‘hof hof hof’d’ my way through it because I couldn’t stop indulging !!!
I’m not big on mushrooms but I did try a bite, LITERALLY. It had a nice flavor but I just couldn’t get pass the texture lol. That one was paired with the queso fresco. Last but not least was the cheese one. Cheese and bread is always a good combo so I knew this one would be solid. I dipped this one in the chimichurri, chipotle pink and salsa sauces. To be honest, all of them tasted so good that I recommend all the sauces !!! Mind you, NONE of these empanadas had minimal filling. These babies were stuffed so it gave the best breading to filing ratio.
I washed all this amazingness down with a Jarritos, guava flavor and if you don’t mind soda give it a try. I have seen the brand before but never that flavor and it was worth giving it a try. Since Vegas is a popular travel spot, the next time you visit, GO. GET . THESE. ASAP !!!
