FISH SAMMICH
Catfish Po’Boy
- fried catfish, lettuce, tomato and mayo
LISTEN.
This catfish po’boy was so… *chef’s kiss* . Let’s get into the bread because it was toasted PERFECTLY, OKAY ?!! It was soft with the oh, so right amount of crunch. Lettuce was fresh and crispy, no soggy brown pieces. The tomato was firm too, which I would have picked off if it wasn’t. I can’t stand mushy tomatoes, bleh.
Now, the catfish… *ooweee* !!! First off, they did not give me no little skimpy pieces. The fried breading and fish ratio was on point. Honestly, I could just eat the fish by itself because it is THAT good ! (There is an option on the menu to order catfish a la carte too). Although I was in a catfish mood, I would deeefinitely recommend their shrimp po’boy too as it’s equally delicious.
